2. Are they machine washable?
Our products are safe to be used in the washing and dryer machine.
3. What kind of fabric is it?
The soft material is 88% polyester and 12% spandex.
4. I received a damaged item or faulty item, what should I do?
Please report a damaged item to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at info@ajulu.com. We will send you a return label to send the damaged item back to us, once we receive it, we will mail you a replacement item if applicable, or a full refund.
5. Will there be a men’s line?
Yes, our team will be designing an Ajulú men’s line. Sign up for our newsletter so you can let you know when it is ready!
6. How can I make a return?
Returns are easy and simple! E-mail is at info@ajulu.com with your name and order number, and we will process your return as soon as possible. See our return policy page for more details.
7. When can I return an item?
You have 30 days after the purchase date to return an item. After that time period, we will give you store credit.
8. How long does shipping take?
Our domestic shipping takes 2 - 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping can take 14-30 days to arrive, depending on where you are. Keep in mind that you are responsible for any import taxes on the item that may apply.
